TFH won Social Enterprise of the Year in the NSW Business Chambers Awards in 2019. We are a values (rather than KPI) based organisation. That means we put people before profits. ‘Human Rights’ is our culture which is often against the grain of most companies but we have to work hard at keeping this culture front of mind.
